Terms & Conditions (Waitlist)

1. Introduction & Acceptance

The waitlist allows interested individuals to express interest in early access to TypeOrb. By submitting your email address, you consent to our handling of your data and to receiving communications described below. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not join the waitlist.

2. Eligibility

• You must be at least 16 years old.
• You must provide a valid email address that you control.
• You must sign up for yourself or with authorization to act for your organization.

3. Waitlist Purpose & No Guarantee

The waitlist is an expression of interest only. It does not guarantee access, priority placement, or any specific feature set or timeline. We may invite participants at our discretion and may modify, pause, or discontinue the waitlist at any time.

4. Signup & Participation

Participation is accountless and based on your submitted email. We may ask you for additional information if you’re invited to try TypeOrb. Submissions that appear abusive or automated may be removed.

5. Communications You Agree To Receive

By joining the waitlist, you agree that we may email you regarding:

• Early access invitations and onboarding
• Product updates and improvements
• Onboarding and usage tips
• Research surveys and feedback requests
• Promotional offers
• Policy or terms updates

You can unsubscribe at any time as described below.

6. Data We Collect for the Waitlist

• Email address you provide to join the waitlist
• Technical logs (e.g., basic analytics, delivery status) to operate the waitlist and emails

We use your data to administer the waitlist, send communications, measure engagement, and improve our product. We retain your email until you unsubscribe or until we no longer operate the waitlist. If you request deletion, we will remove your email from the waitlist records unless retention is required by law.

7. Unsubscribe / Opt‑out

You can opt out of marketing and waitlist emails at any time by using the unsubscribe link in our messages or by contacting us at support@typeorb.com. You may still receive essential notices (e.g., legal or policy updates) when required.

8. Permitted Use & Prohibited Conduct

• No automated or scripted signups
• No attempts to disrupt, overload, or misuse our systems

All content on our site, trademarks, logos, and related materials are owned by or licensed to TypeOrb and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Joining the waitlist does not grant you any rights to our IP.

10. Disclaimers; Limitation of Liability

The waitlist is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages arising from or related to your participation in the waitlist.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we’ll update the “Last updated” date above and may notify you via email where appropriate. Your continued participation after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

12. Governing Law & Venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to conflict of laws principles. Venue for disputes shall be the state or federal courts located in Delaware, and you consent to the jurisdiction of such courts.
